Beef (70%), soy protein, wheat flour, salt, cumin, dextrose, pepper, onion, paprika, coriander, sugar, spices (contains celery), spice extracts, yeast. Stabilizers: E451, E450. (100 g of finished product was produced from 133 g of raw meat.)

Preparation and use
Prepare without defrosting and heat thoroughly: • Pan: Fry on a preheated pan for approx. 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally. • Oven: Bake on a tray in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally. • Microwave: Heat on a plate at >600W for approx. 5–8 minutes.
