Beef (at least 15%), wheat flour, wheat semolina, egg (5%), water, cooking salt (2%), breadcrumbs (wheat), onion, herbs and spices.

Preparation and use

Boil the manti in salted boiling water for approx. 6 - 8 minutes until they float to the surface. Serve hot topped with traditional garlic yogurt and melted butter with pepper paste/flakes. Garnish with dried mint, sumac, and spices to taste.
